Holly Blake, 2, plays in the James Byrd Jr. Memorial Park Thursday, June 5, 2008 in Jasper, Texas. Byrd was chained to the back of a pickup truck and dragged to death down a country road 10 years ago in the early morning hours of June 7, 1998. Ten years after James Byrd Jr. was dragged to death down a three-mile stretch of country road simply because he was black, some things have changed in Jasper.
