I've been meaning to post something from Gucci Mane's Back to the Traphouse album for a minute now cos even though it came out at the end of last year, I think it's one of the most slept-on hip hop albums of the past year. As a matter of fact, until The Cool Kids and Wayne joints leaked/came out, it was pretty much the only hip hop album I was listening to regularly (sorry, Roots!). If you dig Jeezy's trap hop lyricism and TI's southern swaggerific flow, then Gucci is definitely for you but for those of you who missed it, here's a joint from it to check out:
